1. Scope of Services

We provide psychological evaluations, consultations, and short-term intervention programs for children, adolescents, and adults.
Services are available both online and on-site, depending on the nature of the assessment and client needs.

2. Scheduling & Payment

Appointments can be scheduled via our consultation request form or direct contact.
Some services may require full or partial prepayment.
Receipts are provided upon request for insurance or personal record purposes.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 7+ days before the appointment → No fee

• 3–6 days before → 30% of the service fee

• 1–2 days before → 50% of the service fee

• Same-day cancellation or no-show → 100% of the service fee applies

This policy applies especially to on-site evaluations requiring travel or advance booking.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information and evaluation results are treated with strict confidentiality.
We use secure platforms for online sessions and encrypted systems for storing data.
Information will never be shared without client consent, unless legally required (e.g., imminent risk of harm).

5. Use of Psychological Reports

Evaluation reports are tailored to each client’s needs and may support academic accommodations, diagnostic clarification, or treatment planning.
Please check with relevant institutions regarding the acceptance of third-party reports.

6. Limitations of Service

Our services do not include long-term therapy or psychiatric medication.
Clients requiring ongoing treatment may be referred to appropriate providers.

7. Policy Updates
